Remember, your morning routine shapes your mindset and energy, influencing how you perform throughout the day. So, if you’re ready to make your days more productive and confident, it all starts with mastering your mornings.

Habit 1: Make Your Bed

Making your bed after waking up takes just 2 to 3 minutes, but it can completely shift your mindset. Starting your day with this tiny, productive act encourages you to make more positive choices throughout the day.

The That Girl lifestyle is all about being organized, disciplined, and focused. When you make your bed first thing in the morning, it gives you a small but powerful sense of victory like you’ve already accomplished something.

That Girl respects her space, her mindset, and her growth. Making the bed isn’t about perfection; it’s about choosing progress, peace, and structure
every single morning.

Habit 2: Phone Detox Morning

A Phone Detox Morning means starting your day without immediately reaching for your phone no scrolling, no checking messages, no notifications for a set amount of time.

Instead of diving into digital noise, That Girl chooses a calm and mindful start. She protects her mental space by avoiding the chaos of social media, news, or texts first thing in the morning. This simple habit helps reduce anxiety, improves focus, and creates a peaceful mindset for the rest of the day.

There are so many beautiful things you can do instead light stretching, journaling, meditation, or simply stepping outside and observing nature.

By giving your mind space before the screen, you begin your day grounded, not reactive. And that’s what That Girl energy is all about: calm, clear, and in control.

Habit 3: Meditation

In my opinion, mornings and evenings are the best times to meditate, as these moments are usually free from distractions and noise.

Meditation calms your mind, helps reduce stress, and sets a peaceful tone for your day or night. Even just two minutes of meditation can make a noticeable difference. You can gradually increase your meditation time as you get more comfortable that’s completely okay.

Incorporating meditation into your daily routine is a simple yet powerful way to nurture your mental well-being and boost your focus the kind of mindful habit every That Girl embraces.

Habit 4: Hydrate First Thing

Drink water before your phone your body will thank you. After hours of sleep, your body wakes up naturally dehydrated. That’s why one of the most important That Girl morning habits is to rehydrate before anything else.

Avoid drinking coffee or tea right after waking up, as both contain caffeine, which can worsen dehydration. Plus, consuming caffeine on an empty stomach may irritate your digestive system by stimulating acid production, leading to discomfort or bloating.

Instead, start your morning gently with a glass of plain water. This simple habit helps awaken your body, boost your metabolism, and prepare your system for the day ahead.

After 15 or 20 minutes, feel free to enjoy your tea or coffee your body will be much more ready to receive it.

Habit 5: Practice Affirmations

Practicing affirmations is all about saying kind, powerful things to yourself simple words that hold deep meaning. It takes just 2 or 3 minutes, but the impact lasts all day.

Affirmations help you boost your self-confidence, quiet negative thoughts, and stop the constant comparison with others. This small habit is a beautiful act of self-love a way to build a stronger, more supportive relationship with yourself.

When you say, “I am improving every day” instead of “I’m not good enough,” you’re rewiring your mindset to believe in your growth and potential.

You can practice affirmations anytime morning, evening, or even in between. But I recommend adding it to your morning routine because starting your day with a positive thought can truly shift your energy and make the entire day feel more beautiful.

If you need a little help getting started, I’ll share a few powerful affirmations below you can begin practicing them right away.

Finally, now you’re ready to step into your That Girl morning.
When you learn to master your morning, you unlock the power to master your entire day.

Be patient and kind to yourself growth is a journey, and every morning brings a fresh opportunity to choose progress over perfection.

Self-love never quits, and neither should you.
